(“INFOtrac,” “we,” “our” or “us”) — defined as any entity directly or indirectly controlled by INFOtrac Solutions Inc. at 4211 Yonge Street, Suite 230, Toronto, Ontario, M2P 2A9, Canada — provides this privacy policy (the “Policy”) to inform you on how we process your information, whether you are a visitor to our website, a user of any INFOtrac Applications, whether desktop, Mobile, Web Based or any Custom Applications we develop for you for any platform, a user of any other service offered by INFOtrac, whether it includes a link to this Policy or not, or a visitor of our offices in Canada. Each of these services and applications are collectively defined as the “Software”.

Previous Versions
This Privacy Policy supersedes and replaces any previous versions or updates of our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Software, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms of this current Privacy Policy.
2. Data Collection and Storage
We do not collect, store, or process any personal, company or other user-related data or information in connection with the Software or data bases on your premises, accept as outlined below. All data entered, processed, or managed within the Software remains in your computing infrastructure, at your site, where you are responsible for your data privacy and security. INFOtrac does not provide hosting services to hold your data or applications accept for Web Based application add on's to the INFOtrac software, as further described below. Protection and security of this data is the sole responsibility of the user or customer (referred to as "you" or "your"). The Software provides user level security to provide controlled access to elements of the Software and data, which is controlled by the User. We do not track, store, or retain any information about your use of the Software accept for user login names, exclusive of password or any other information, used only for monthly subscription billing calculations, unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
3. Web Based & Mobile Applications
INFOtrac Web Based and Mobile Applications are hosted by INFOtrac, where such hosting is to facilitate the pass through processing of information used through an INFOtrac Web Based and / or Mobile Application to your internal INFOtrac application and data, where no data is stored on INFOtrac systems. INFOtrac is not responsible for security and or privacy of this and all other data residing in your INFOtrac data base in your computing environment. This facility is only provided by INFOtrac for these applications to allow for the secure flow through of data from Web Based or Mobile end points to the core INFOtrac application data.
4. Customer Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any and all data you input, store, or manage using the Software. You acknowledge that the data you provide to the Software is under your control, and we do not have access to it unless otherwise directly granted by you for service purposes or specified in a separate agreement. INFOtrac is not responsible for user access settings or permissions, which are controlled by an administrative level user(s) designated by you.
5. Data Security
While we do not store or process your data, it is essential that you implement appropriate measures to keep it protected and secure. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you input into the Software is protected against unauthorized access, loss, or corruption. This includes, but is not limited to, using strong passwords, proper user rights setup within the Software, encryption, firewalls, strong backup practices and other security measures to safeguard your data. In the event that the included user rights do not provide elements of security within the application that you require, INFOtrac can provide customizations to accommodate your needs to ensure you have the ability to secure your data at the user level.
6. Data Backup
You are solely responsible for regularly backing up any data you store or process using the Software. We do not provide backup services or take any responsibility for lost or corrupted data. It is strongly recommended that you maintain your own data backups to prevent data loss.
7. Third-Party Services
The Software may integrate with third-party services or platforms that you may choose to use. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data security of these third-party services. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services to understand how they handle your data.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your data.\
